@The Kanqueror, this is a Spanish cartooner (guessed name) who publishes in a free-press spanish edition of the European 20 minutes. He's amazing (as you can see) and always dealing with political and moral matters, this one concerning Spanish economy. But let's guess that all of us have a hole in the pocket.
